It’s been two month since I started my training for zombie apocalypse (34 months to go). One of my goals is to do a single pull up before 2016. But I failed. So, I need to adjust my plans accordingly.
I need to lose weight
The main reason I failed is simple. It’s because I’m too fat. If I’m lighter, I’m sure will be able to pull my self up and lift my own body.
I don’t want to, but I need to join the crowd of people who want to lose weight in the new year.
